His underwriting skills in the mezzanine, caveat and GST funding arenas are second to none. Dean offers a specialised skill set to ACF in the areas of Mezzanine, Equity and Structured Finance.
Gary Lees

Gary entered the finance industry in 1999, taking a role with Suncorp Metway. He was soon promoted to State Manager. In 2003, Gary joined L.J. Hooker Financial Services and co-founded one of their initial franchises. In 2006, he co-founded Raine & Horne Financial Services which is now known as My Broker.

Shaun Smith
Managing Director
Having graduated university, in 2000 Shaun accepted a position with the Royal Bank of Scotland in London.Upon returning to Australia he spent 12 Months as a Credit Analyst learning the local market with a large mortgage originator where he won Rookie of the Year.
In 2003 he co-founded CDS Financial Services. Investment in marketing mediums such as radio saw this business grow into a team of 12 Brokers.
In 2009, Shaun co-founded Commercial Group which specialised in commercial property and development finance. In 2015 he merged this business with his accounting firm Kamper Chartered Accountants, rebranding the business under the Bluepenny banner.
Shaun’s companies have written in excess of $1.5B in loans under his guidance.

Having also spent years in the broking environment Dean also understands the residential and commercial senior debt markets and is an integral part of our team. Years of experience enhanced by various educational qualifications ensures a level of professionalism and integrity.

Under his guidance the company grew a team of 80 brokers, with offices all over Australia and settled in excess of $4B in loans.
Whilst Gary has a great understanding of the residential and commercial markets, his passion lays in the field of commercial property funding.
During his career Gary has been inducted into both the L.J. Hooker Multi-Million Dollar Club as well as the Professional Lenders Association Network Hall of Fame.

Paula Sudario
Lending Support Officer
Paula has worked closely with Gary Lees for more than 8 years having spent 4 years in banking prior. She has assisted hundreds of his clients meet their financial objectives and now joins the All Commercial Finance family.
With an extensive credit background, Paula makes sure all applications are credit worthy prior to being formally reviewed by our Credit Committee. She is involved in packaging loans as well as liaising with lenders, valuers, quantity surveyors, accountants, solicitors and the like in order to streamline our customer experience.
